RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR RENTING Suite Scandinave in Nantua. Introduction The rental property is furnished to meet your needs during your stay. You will find furniture, bedding, crockery, bed linen and towels. As soon as you enter the accommodation, you will be able to make an inventory of fixtures and report any defects (cleanliness, damage to equipment, etc.). Arrival and departure of the rental On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 4pm. On the day of departure, you have until 10am to return the accommodation. (Except for early arrivals or late departures, which are subject to a supplement.) Number of tenants and external visitors We rent our accommodation for the precise number of holidaymakers stipulated in the rental contract. If you wish to welcome visitors during your stay, please ask for our prior agreement. Guests not included in the booking are not allowed to sleep on site without extra charge (see nightly rate / guest). The total number of occupants must not exceed 4. Quiet hours and respect for neighbors Please keep noise to a minimum at night (between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) so as not to disturb the neighbors. Parties and events within the rental property Parties, events and large gatherings are not permitted in our furnished accommodation. Commercial filming and other professional uses are strictly forbidden on the property without prior agreement. Use of the premises and respect for equipment. For the duration of the stay, the tenant must respect the premises. He will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation so as to leave it in perfect condition. Kitchen utensils, oil, spices and cleaning products are entirely at your disposal during your vacation. You are not allowed to move the furniture. The wifi password is confidential. Please do not share it with anyone outside the group. We recommend that you take particular care to avoid any risk of slipping inside the accommodation, especially after using the whirlpool bath or shower. Bath mats will be provided to reduce the risk of falls. In the event of an accident or breakage, it is your responsibility to inform the owners before you leave. General safety instructions As your hosts, we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to your accommodation if it is not properly locked (windows + front door locked). Similarly, please do not leave any electrical or household appliances switched on during your absence. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher in the entrance cupboard. Please do not leave young children unsupervised in the apartment. Non-smoking accommodation Our Scandinavian Suite is a non-smoking area. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke or vaporize inside the accommodation and communal areas. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the communal garden or in front of the building. Pets Pets are not allowed in our accommodation. Waste management A waste separation garbage can is available in the kitchen to help you sort your daily waste. To take out your rubbish, the collection bin is at the bottom of the street (see map). Outside areas The town forbids tenants to hang their washing out of windows or on balconies. You will have to leave the premises before the agreed departure date following interruption of your stay.
