Cancellation policy

- Cancellation at least 5 days prior to arrival date: guests will be fully refunded. No amount will be retained.

- Cancellation less than 5 days before arrival: the following amounts will remain non-refundable:

 - the amount corresponding to the nights actually spent in the accommodation,

 - one extra night

 - as well as 50% of the amount of the remaining nights not used.

These conditions apply automatically to any confirmed booking.
